Delivery Returns and Refunds
We aim to dispatch our parcels within 7-14 working days via Royal Mail. There can be some delay during busy periods, but we will notify you of this as soon as we can. If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, please get in touch.
We will happily offer a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as your Franky’s Bowtique products are unopened and unused.
Refunds will be made within 7 working days from receipt at our return address and they will be made to the original means of payment.
As long as your Franky’s Bowtique products are unopened and unused we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please note that you must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted/exchanged goods. We would advise to send it via Track & Sign as we are not responsible for any lost item.
